Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your preferred size/color, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across India. A nominal delivery charge may apply on COD orders, whereas all prepaid orders enjoy free shipping. We also run festive prepaid offers with free gifts — paying online gets you extra perks!
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details as soon as possible.
Q: I haven't received an order confirmation. What do I do?

Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We don't accept international orders directly through the website yet, but we do offer international shipping if you contact us via WhatsApp or email — delivery timelines and charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are borne by the recipient.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next working day. Once dispatched, domestic delivery usually takes 4-7 working days depending on your location and courier partner.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track directly on the courier's website using that number.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. A nominal delivery charge may apply on COD orders. For international orders, shipping cost depends on destination and parcel weight — shared upon inquiry.
Q: What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team on WhatsApp or email. Note: once dispatched, Styvoraa isn't responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, customs (international), or factors like weather or strikes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply — so please double-check your address and contact number at checkout.
Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges only if you receive a damaged or wrong product. Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact our WhatsApp support (+91 99913 37713) with your order number, an unboxing video, and clear images/video of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Q: Is a parcel opening video really mandatory?
Yes — this is important. You must record a 360° parcel opening video at the time of opening your package. Without this video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted under any circumstances. The video must clearly show the unboxing from before opening to the point the issue is visible. This protects both you and us in verifying genuine claims.
Q: When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check. Once approved, the refund is processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method. If the product fails quality inspection or video proof wasn't provided, the refund will not be approved.
Q: Are all products eligible for return?
To qualify for return/exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by the mandatory unboxing video. Returns/exchanges are only accepted for damaged or wrong items received — not for general preference/fit issues — and the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Q: My product arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Don't worry — message us on WhatsApp (+91 98118-87768) within 3 days with your order number, the mandatory unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll process a replacement or refund as applicable.
Q: Can Styvoraa deny my return/refund/exchange request?
Styvoraa reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request if the above conditions (3-day window, unboxing video, unused condition) aren't met. Styvoraa's decision is final in such matters.

Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend measuring your child and comparing with the chart rather than relying on age alone, since fit can vary by style.
